TASTING NOTES

This fruit-driven sparkling has a beautiful yellow pale color with steely reflections, white flower aromas are topped by a hint of citrus. Notes of fresh bread and yeast lead the palate, with a vibrant and refreshing acidity.

FOOD PAIRING

This easy to drink sparkling makes a fantastic aperitif blending in very well with appetizers such as raw seafood, oysters and ceviches. Its dryness contrasts perfectly with the sweetness of any type of dessert.
